Join the Orland Park Bakery Wholesale Delivery Team!

Orland Park Bakery is looking to add dedicated, motivated and friendly people to our Wholesale Delivery Team.  These are part time positions delivering our packaged coffee cakes, doughnuts and other bakery products to our wholesale customers – mainly grocery stores.  We are looking to fill Saturday and Sunday morning delivery times.  Weekday morning availability is a plus in order to fill in if necessary.

Job Description:

– Pack wholesale orders according to invoice into delivery cabinets.
– Unload and load delivery cabinets into one of our 14 ft delivery box trucks by using a lift gate.
– Follow a delivery route which usually includes 4 or 5 stops.
– Work with the grocery store receiving department to check in products. and process returns.
– Rotate and display products.
– Complete all necessary paperwork and inventory forms.

Job Requirements:

– Be extremely dependable
– Have a strong work ethic
– Pay attention to details
– Able to maneuver heavy loaded delivery cabinets on wheels
– Able to lift 30 lbs.
– Available to work 4am to 10am Saturday and/or Sunday
– Have excellent communication skills.  Communication with grocery employees and customers.
